About us - What we offer
As the name implies, Passion-4-Praise is a group of musicians and friends with a passion for praising our Lord through song and encouragement. We find common ground in a love of worship and service to the Lord. We serve together in our church band but have each felt a special call to take our music ministry outside the doors of the church.
We understand the difference between performance and worship and believe there is a time and place for both. We do believe that people can come to faith through the message of Christian music in any setting.
We are experienced musicians and mature Christians. We have played together for a number of years and have developed a large repertoire. We craft our sets to be relevant for the event. Whether it is a social, mixer, worship service or wedding, we are confident we will reach everyone at some point.
Our music is overtly Christian, that’s what we do. We are not, however preachy or wordy. We are happy to deliver a salvation message where appropriate (Worship services, Christian mixers) or to let the music speak for itself (Wedding receptions, school events, block parties or other secular settings).
